Dear David,

I love the information you have shared in your past Substack posts. Absolutely great stuff!

This current health update you are sharing now hits close to home for me. I am a retired Registered Nurse so l have cared for many patients with skin cancer. As well as myself.

Also, as a fair skinned lady who spent many years on the beach in a bikini in Florida l started to experience a lot of skin cancer myself that necessitated removal intermittantly starting at around 40 yrs of age. I am now 69 yrs. old. A couple of years ago a small spot of Melanoma skin cancer was found on my left shoulder. It was successfully removed. Then a year ago a "pre-melanoma" spot was discovered on my back & successfully removed.

Since then l have been doing a lot of research. I have learned that Melanoma may NOT be from excessive sun exposure. But have not yet learned what MIGHT be the contributing factor. It does run in families.

I have also learned (& observed in my past patients) that radiation seems to do more harm than good so l pray you stick to your decision to receive no more!

And, although l personally have never been treated with NO l have heard of TONS of folks who have had superb results with said treatment for many types of cancers.

I realize you are saying this spot on your forehead was not truly skin cancer & was probably due to radiation exposure. Thank God you had surgery immediately.

Anyway, there is SO MUCH info out there on the internet about alternative treatments for so many cancers & l'm sure you are researching them indepth. Fasting is important. Oral & IV vit. C has shown to be very helpful. Also things with high humic & fulvic content (as in Shilajit & Mumiyo). I have not used these treatments myself. Only read about them. But there's also so much more!

Who cares about outward appearances like saltine-cracker looking skin! You persevere & keep us updated.

Wishing you all the best!

thanks, I have always been questioning the docs telling me that it is the sun, I limit my exposure and yet here I am. Fasting, I hear good things about this, maybe should try, but seems to be beyond my current mental discipline. The personal email response I am receiving to this post has been telling me that it hit home with several people. Humic acid looks to be a very good ingredient for mitigating radiation. I hope others read your comment.

I've been reading that it's not the sun at all, but all the environmental toxins ladled onto our skin, many via "health and beauty" products, especially (and ironically) sunscreen.

Use only zinc oxide and do not fear the sun.

Neo40 - supplement

Buteyko breathing techinque (It's brutal but works)

Both increase Nitric Oxide in the body. They're great!

Get Well David!!

It accelerates quickly. I'm very happy to hear you looked at it. When you get to 30, you'll feel much better. At 1 minute no disease can exist in the body. Get the NEO40 too, if you can. It's another miracle supplement.

You can do it. I know a COPD patient who needed oxygen just going from couch to washroom who after 9 minutes of dedicated practice daily is now doing 5km hikes without. His respirologist just shrugged their shoulder when he told them about the technique. They didn't even care, just said "spontaneous healing".

There are progressions and it's probably worth hiring an online coach to do them. You go from just mere breath holds for the control pause, to extreme ones with movement as you gradually progress through the levels. It does suck though...feels like you're suffocating. The first step is to reprogram the breathing control center so it doesn't panic. Whatever you are getting at you can probably knock off another 5-10 seconds. That first feeling of breathlessness is usually just your brain starting to panic. As you progress, it realizes no need to panic and increases the time. THen as more nitric oxide is in the blood you can easily handle more and more to the point where you start addding walking with the breath holds and even running.

I have an athlete who is up to 90s with sprints before needing to take first breath...they're not even breathless, but their endurance in sport is through the roof. Keep at it David!!!

Forgive me if this is entirely unsolicited, and maybe you even know about this, but my friend Monica has done extensive studies on Coley’s Toxins. Perhaps it’s worth your gander. Here’s her stack where she talks about it in depth:

https://open.substack.com/pub/themariachiyears/p/coleys-toxins-how-the-most-effective?r=xi283&utm_medium=ios&utm_campaign=post

I will focus on health manifestations for you when I’m in the shower/bath. Somehow I feel like water amplifies my thoughts/vibes. I will not focus on you getting rid of disease, but instead holding you as already healthy and vibrant.

I’ll come back around and read the two posts you linked to a little later. Just wanted to get this out to you.

Hugs.

Many thanks, what an interesting and revealing article. Our immune systems are marvelous in their design. Surprising to read about this type of treatment. Not sure what I can do with it right now. I had thought about contacting you directly and asking you to shower. So thanks for staying clean it means very much to me.

I’ve been keeping a file of (alternative) articles about cancer. Since my husband and I got the shots 😢 and we don’t know what the future holds, I want to know what our options may be since I will never again go to an allopathic doc.

thanks, looking at the link now. I read an article about loosing weight and it stated, as memory serves me, that what works for one may not work for another. your link is saying the same thing about overall health, thanks again.

I am thinking about posting a follow up to this post, revealing the conversations I have had with the various medical "authorities" on this wayside in my life. Doctors not realizing they have made a mistake, evidence be damned. Lots of CYA going on. Making ridiculous statements about what is going on and what is causing this or that. Almost comical. What goes on in their minds?

Hard to wrap your head around it. I think these docs think they are smarter than they actually are. 😩.

impossible for them to admit that something they prescribe could do damage. It would make them fallible, and they like being on par with the Pope, standing shoulder to shoulder with God.

I read this when you posted and started with rapid movements for my fingers that have started developing arthritic symptoms, and it’s definitely helped,or seems to have. I have a gouty toe I’m trying to move more, but it basically flexes and extends; very little lateral movement. I’ll keep working on it and report back. Thanks.

A quick search on marksdailyapple.com brought this up, from a researcher who got a Nobel Prize for his research on nitric oxide:

“How to Increase Your Body’s Nitric Oxide Production Naturally (Hint: It’s Free)

One thing I urge everyone to practice during this coronavirus pandemic is to breathe or inhale through your NOSE and exhale through your mouth. The cells and tissues in the nose, but not the mouth, constantly and continuously produce nitric oxide, which is a gas. The physiological significance of this is that nasally-derived NO improves oxygen delivery into the lungs by causing bronchodilation – the relaxation and widening of the bronchi and bronchioles in the lungs. Moreover, when inhaling through the nose, your nasal nitric oxide is inhaled into your lungs, where it stands a chance of meeting up with the virus particles. Inhaling through your mouth will NOT accomplish this. By the same token, exhaling through your nose is highly wasteful in that you would be expelling the NO away from the lungs, where it is needed most.“

His article was on how nitric oxide might be able to help with the symptoms of so-called COVID.

Also, apparently sun exposure helps the body produce NO. Go figure.

what a great and useful comment, I am thinking about a followup to this post and will include this and some other info from other comments. The more we know the better we are able to fight and overcome. the more I find out about NO, what it does and as you say it is absolutely free, WOW, the more I am grateful for substack, and all of those that post and comment.

Your trust is well placed, another subscriber and substack writer and I have been working in tandem on this and it is becoming obvious that progress is being made. I will provide details later and post as much as the other substacker wishes to reveal as to the efforts and their nature. Please do not be sorry, it is part of the journey and it has positive outcomes. The other writer has found things that were hidden, unexplained and now embraces them with magical results.

Keep up the fight David. Thank you for posting.

Interesting thing about most skin docs--they'll never ask about diet (or, say, radiation exposure, as you mention).

Funny thing: diet has a huge impact on how resilient the skin is to sun exposure, and in fact is as good or better for skin than any topical product. If you take someone who already eats healthy...well, fat chance at finding someone, as almost everyone is eating packaged foods, most all of them containing insanely processed seed oils (vegetable, soy, corn, etc). It's endemic, and that's the problem. Sugar and seed oils destroy the skins resiliency and always lead lead to burning.

This post, which I was reluctant to post, seems to be striking a cord with many people. I have received more personal emails in my inbox than any other post I have done. I did not want to air my personal dilemma, but figured that there was enough of a warning in it for others that it would accomplish some good. People in the medical field are emailing me, agreeing with what I have said. I am thinking about doing a followup post explaining some of the most ridiculous explanations of those in the medical field here are putting forth. I only scratched the surface in this post. Lots of blindness and what appears to me CYA, and so illogical.

David, I, too, am thankful you decided to post your experience. I’m also relieved that you stopped the radiation treatments and did the additional research confirmations. I’m not in a position to need them, but that just cements my resolve to never pursue those treatments if they ever happen to be offered. The information about Nitric Oxide was most interesting, and I will be researching it further as well. Sending all continuing best wishes and looking forward to your next post!

I've been a nurse since 1993 but allopathy began to really lose it's lustre for me a couple decades ago. The covid farce was the final nail for me.

The reason so many providers cannot face this is simple: imagine all you have dedicated your entire adult life towards, professionally, being proved a complete lie, soup-to-nuts. Many just cannot face all that implies and how it radiates outward to everything else we're so convinced we know. Dark night of the soul is inevitable in this space and takes a courage and brutal honesty (followed by necessary changes/sacrifice) many are unwilling or unable to reach for. You don't need to change what you refuse to acknowledge. They continue on, convincing themselves they cannot be accountable for things they "don't know".

They are paralyzed by all they stand to lose if they even allow themselves to consider this.

what a long comment, I think you should at least read my posts before dumping a long comment like this. While I do not disagree with much of what you write, its overall tenor is a bit demeaning. If you think you are accomplishing anything with a post like this, I think not. you cannot hit people over the head with a hammer and demean them also in the process. I have said similar things as you, but in a little by little way so that it is digestible with out offending. You assume that I and my subscribers are ignorant and you are the savior of sorts, bringing the truth with a sledge-hammer approach.

My question for you is who have you helped in a meaningful way, who have you saved from destitution, hunger and danger? Jesus said to let your light shine and people will come, your sledge-hammer is just a bit too dark. It is by good works, kindness, compassion and self sacrifice that you will win people. Would you recognize Elijah if he were here talking to you? Can you heal the sick and infirm?

You have some knowledge, but I think no wisdom.
