Agree that anything that can be used for harm will certainly be looked into by various nefarious government groups. I can't see how it could be utilized against "the masses" in its present state but certainly against individuals. A good % of the masses are already under a form of mind control caused by relentless propaganda. Some are lost forever, I'm afraid, as the attacks will never stop (though may go through lulls) until globalist/satanist either get their way or are defeated.

Also, the sort-of-online blog of JR Sweet called "Mormon Monarch." His experience meshes with O'Brien's. What a stinking pile of poo all that is. Very effective mind control. O'Brien claims Mitt Romney is a MK Ultra product and says she saw his dad, then-governor George Romney, meet with Pierre Trudeau, Senator Byrd (who started the MK Ultra program, among other things), and others meet to talk about implementing these programs into their country and religion (the "Mormon" church). Truly shocking what these children are put through.
Technology is basically neutral right?- all depends on who's using it and for what purpose. I've come to the likely conclusion that there is a technological piece to the mind-control or hypnosis we're seeing right now. I think the beam or broadcast is an ongoing signal that messes with all of us, but controls some. (Wouldn't be surprised if the graphene in the jabs is about strengthening the transmission and then sending it back out) I don't know - just looks to me like programming has increased in effect and duration. Really tough breaking this spell more many. Maybe even those of us calling out the ongoing psyops are also effected in more subtle ways? Hard to know. Love the pics - Reunion Island looks gorgeous.
