As I stated in the fantasy weapon post, this technology was demonstrated in December of 1977, and then kept secret until it was revealed circa 2014 in a crowd control version and in the disintegrator version in 2019 and is now being deployed in various forms. Where might we be in the mind control using sound and EMFs?

Mind control and sound waves, how does it work, does it work? That term mind control, what does it mean? Just taking a stab at it for the purpose of the 1st part of this posting is to change the thought waves or patterns of the brain. It is being used in therapeutic settings for a few years, with about 15,000 people having so far been treated.

They are treating them for epilepsy, PTSD, with success and moving into Parkinson’s, autism and other areas. A person that I went to high school with is involved in this research and treatment. She read one of my substack posts about waves and frequencies and we started a small conversation via email about it. She sent me two different emails with attachments explaining how it works. Please note that again this is a pulse treatment, like the disintegrator ray, your mobile phone and all of the G’s to 5G and the coming 6G. The 1st document I waded through and understood a bit, and then she sent me the following word doc that she thought was easier to understand, along with this note.

­EMBP Technologies and Study Procedure

EMBP stands for ElectroMagnetic Brain Pulse treatment. The technology is developed based on the physics principles of nonlinear dynamic systems with bi-stability (Fig 1), and the application of stochastic resonance (SR) to alter the state of the brain.

describing hypothetical states of a particle in 3 possible states. State 3 at position X3 is in equilibrium and not stable. Depending on the initial state, the particle tends to roll into either one of the two positions at position X1 or X2 to become more stable, state 1 or state 2.

SR (SR) is a resonant response to external stimulation when noise is added to a system. It occurs when noise intensity increases for moderate values (Fig 2). The state signal (1 or 2) in Fig. 1 can be determined when noise is added to the system.

EMBP Technology from Noether Tech

The brain behavior is highly nonlinear, which can be modeled as a bi-stable dynamic system switching back-and-forth between the pared states. Examples include awake vs. sleep, calm vs. excitement, and physiological vs. pathological states, etc. Sleep, excitement, and pathological states in the examples are all stable. The goal is to change the state from a disease stability to normal stability. Many neuroscience studies have shown that the nervous system, including single neuron and the whole brain, has the nature of stochastic resonance where the best response to external stimulation is often found with certain amount of noise is added. Taking advantage of EEG and TMS in clinical practice, Noether Tech has patented a novel treatment protocol (EMBP) using personalized random TMS to help alter the brain state to treat various types of illnesses.

Figure 3 displays the procedure of how the EMBP protocol is generated. Individual’s EEG is recorded (a) and band-pass filtered (b). Every other zero-crossing point in the entire recording is then depicted (b) to calculate the mean and standard deviation of the EEG wave periods. Data are then weighted by the Box-Muller Transform to normalize the probability of each stimulus pulse to a Gaussian distribution (c). The idealized probability is used to generate sequences of Transistor–transistor logic (TTL) pulses (d) to trigger TMS firing.

EMBP Treatment Procedures

• EEG recording

• Uploads EEG data to Noether Tech server

• Generates EEG report and treatment protocol

• Sends back protocol to local computer interfaced with TMS equipment

• Technician tests subject’s motor threshold and executes EMBP treatment according to the protocol

TMS pulse parameter specifications:

• Treatment location, pulse intensity, and number of pulses per train are all individualized

• Pulse intensity is 80% motor threshold or less

• Pulse interval varies between 6 and 20 msec with majority around the mean of EEG period

• EMBP pulses are delivered 6 sec / min for a total of 30 minutes

Subject is treated 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week for total of 4 to 8 weeks

Now you are up to speed with me on this from the therapeutic side. Most things that can be used for good purposes also have an evil use side. Like knives, fire, guns, etc. We use knives to cut our veggies into bite size pieces, to gut and filet fish and other meats that we prepare for cooking or not. We can also use them to kill people. I maintain that if something can be used for evil purposes it will be. You can figure out the fire and gun good and bad uses.

Science fiction fans have long dreamed of handheld devices that diagnose illness and ailments with a quick scan of the body. Such technology is now close to reality, with the advent of algorithms that can analyze video, text and audio recordings to identify subtle patterns or anomalies that human eyes and ears can’t register.

While digital phenotyping could empower people, it could also be used for passively screening populations without their consent or awareness. Security and surveillance cameras have become a fact of life in cities, transport hubs, offices and even schools. Soon it will be possible for these systems to capture changes in our physical and mental health without us knowing about it.

Could they then use certain targeted EMFs to change our perceived thinking or behavior?
