beautiful post... always thinking of God tuning in to all our billions of little ‘soap opera’ lives... think he likes to see the creativity & individuality of it all 🐱.
there is a person that I know, an artist that basically only wants to paint, so do not bother him. He will not take orders for commissioned paintings, he paints what he wants to and if you want to purchase it go ahead. I love his work. His thinking about God and creation is that God was bored and wanted some entertainment and created the universe and made the earth and mankind for the ultimate entertainment. Think it is a plausible theory.
I’m interested in what you say about prayer. I’ve always felt the old adage about “once you commit, Providence moves” deep into my being. I’ve experienced god through the commitment of my actions. And the words of Terence McKenna ring true here too:
“Nature loves courage. You make the commitment and nature will respond to that commitment by removing impossible obstacles. Dream the impossible dream and the world will not grind you under, it will lift you up. This is the trick. This is what all these teachers and philosophers who really counted, who really touched the alchemical gold, this is what they understood. This is the shamanic dance in the waterfall. This is how magic is done. By hurling yourself into the abyss and discovering it's a feather bed.”
very nice quote, almost magical, and I believe in real magic.
I have been trying to build a car port with some pre-cut lumber, and running into all sorts of problems as the terrain is sloping down hill. I decided that I needed a special cement block, one that does not exist, and that I was going to have to make. well on my walk in the wilderness today, there it was. Made and ready to go home with me. Just the perfect size and shape. that is magic.
oh yes, I purchased a house in Michigan for a vaccine disabled friend, (disabled several years ago when he was going to climb mt. Kilimanjaro) and what is really cool is the spot where he sleeps there are no EMFs. He needs to go out side to get any kind of mobile signal. his sleeping spot, no signal at all. I am so jazzed for him. He is loving the wild life as the house is in a nature preserve.
That was lovely. I appreciate and agree with the spirit of it, though I tend to avoid the same language - mainly because of the hijacking of everything and 'God' as a word often means something very different than what I'm intending. However, I believe you captured this nameless omniscient quality quite well and your description of the relationship is beautiful. Thank you.

I believe in magic! I love hearing miracle stories! I know providence moved and we’re witnessing god. 🤗

What a wonderful gift of peace you’ve given your friend!
