David, I love the Green Go. Did you have to get a new drivers license? I believe in bad spirits and have experienced them. My health has been challenging. I spoke words that I forgave several people after reading your post. I will put a lot more thought into everyone I need to forgive and speak the words. Thank you for this post. I look forward to your next post. Much love and appreciation.

Best to understand the difference between true forgiveness and false forgiveness first.

Thank you, David. When I was going to school to become a minister I was also a student of Sukyo Mahikari which teaches about ridding the bad spirits that are attached to us. I still use some of the teachings, however I have not thought more about spirits. I know I was rid of some spirits at the time. I received much healing while being active in their practices which usually involved 2 people at their dojo. There are no dojos near me or I would still be active besides what I do for myself. I feel I need to learn how to rid myself of negative spirits without going to a dojo. Forgiving others is a great start. Thank you for sharing your wisdom.

Thank you for sharing your spiritual learning experience. We can all derive a personal lesson, however difficult:

"Forgiving. Insidious spirits enter you when you are wronged or perceive a wrong committed against your person. These are the spirit of betrayal, abandonment, theft, physical attack, make your own list. It does not seem like much, but these entities can fester for decades inside of a person, they can build up as others enter. So you must get rid of them. They will cause mental illness, sickness of many varieties, all on their own."
