this is just for guys, I think, possible warning
well actually it is an electric shaver warning.
Was wondering if I would have a subject for another posting, mostly just wait for the cosmos to tell me what to write about. Today that subject was handed to me.
My Norelco electric razor gave up the ghost after 5 years, just decided to quit, think it was a battery problem. So I went to the big box mall to the electric appliance section and purchased a Philips 5000 series electric razor that you can take showers with if you like that type of company in the shower.
Reading the instruction manual, which comes in 11 or more languages, I saw that there was a Bluetooth device in the 7000 series. Of course I thought that this was a bit alarming, as the frequency given for the Bluetooth is 2.4 ghz, the same frequency as your micro-wave oven. Had to go to the Philips web site to see what this Bluetooth would be used for as the instructions said nothing. Seems that you can download an app on your mobile phone and talk to your razor.
Every time you turn your razor on the Bluetooth wants to talk to your mobile phone. Communication range is 10 meters, so you can have a really big bathroom or shower.
Can you imagine radiating your head with 2.4 ghz EMFs while you shave?
One of the warnings is that you cannot use the shaver on an airplane, will interfere with systems on the plane, but your brain cranial matter, not a problem. I was greatly relieved to find out that the 5000 series I just purchased does not have the brain bombarding EMFs.
Here is the link to Philips website about the series 7000,

The image of the instruction manual, which seems to be a catch/cover all manual.
Wondering how many other of the electrical conveniences have this really cool feature of dangerous EMF radiation?
Since this is so short I decided to load some images of other things, a bit of this and that.
1st is of my cat, Mr. Grey. He had a traumatic childhood, before he was weaned, his mother was killed in a car accident, police classified it as road kill. She was a wild cat and gave birth in the barn on the property I had just acquired. After her death his father, also on the wild side was physically abusive. So I decided to try to tame him, used food, took a week to be able to touch him. He has traveled with me from the USA to Reunion Island. Kept him in the plane’s cabin with me, he was the perfect traveler for the 40 plus hours that the trip took.
Next is an image taken from our front yard of Pointe de Chateau, as the crow flies 2 miles from our house. The point of the point is 50 foot high, this wave spray reaches about 140 foot into the air, spectacular to watch.
The other images are self explanatory or not.
This is the not, three women of a tribe of headhunters on the island of Formosa. Bit of a story, try to make it short. During WW II the Japanese hired the headhunters to aid them in their conquest of the island. After a while the headhunters decide to go home and during the night took the Japanese officer’s swords, whacked off the officer’s heads and headed home.
Think the women had happy smoke in their pipes, asked them what they were puffing on and they said nothing but one offered me a hit. The woman in the center with the necklace is adorned with the tusks of the deer that roam the mountains of the island. Fierce looking deer, as the tusks stick out of the front of their mouths.
just as an addendum, all Bluetooth is at this 2.4 ghz, never knew that as I have never wanted to have Bluetooth. Now glad that I have always avoided. The 7000 series razor is at the upper limits of the broadcast power band of Bluetooth.
Many newer devices come with Bluetooth now, including the Trager Pellet Grill my middle son has. That device is outside, though, but it doesn't connect with his iPhone so I suppose he's exposed when they're paired up. Hard to believe that once-wild cat can take a 40-hour plane ride. Ours freaks out if we take her anywhere in the car.
