Just for the record, once upon a time I thought that MOTO or MOO accreditation was rather easy to acquire, that everyone could get one without much effort, but in today's world it seems to be a bit more difficult to acquire.

If the elders had nothing to do with the smallpox epidemic in the UK, they certainly learned from it. The top-down control, mandates, forced inoculation, imprisonment and fines for non-compliance, etc., are right up their alley. And from what I've read (whether true or not, who's to say at this point), there may be a bit of inoculation in the experimental gene therapies, what with the HIV code inserted into SARS-CoV-2 by Baric. And now all the blathering about "everyone needs to get an AIDS test." Who knows but that's not another false flag.
